How to Cancel an Internet Download in Android
Have you ever accidentally started to download a huge file from the web on your Android phone and need to cancel it? Here’s how to do it.
From within the web browser, press your menu button and select More.
Next, select Downloads…
Now, find the item in the download history and Long Press (press and hold) on the file.
Finally, choose Cancel download.
Simple as that. Your download is cancelled.
