I got my email invite to the Boxee Beta Early Access Program about a week and a half ago. Sweet geekery! Ok, so the beta version is available to all who sign up, but it's still feels nice to get an "invite." I haven't really taken the time to sit down and really use it yet. I just installed it and clicked around with my Media Center remote. (Which, works great by the way). The user interface is also very slick and impressive. I'm really looking forward to sitting down and getting this puppy integrated with my Windows 7 Media Center setup.
Unfortunately, the Boxee boys explicitly asked that we of the Beta Early Access program group not blog about details or post any screenshots on blogs or websites. So, I'll respect their wishes for now. That doesn't mean I can't prepare for when it's full-go time.
